Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for unopened products.

Warranty: every Bluetti product carries Bluetti's own manufacturer warranty, not Mālama's. If something needs a claim, bring it to us first and we'll help you through Bluetti's process.
