Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to pickup or fulfillment, at Mālama Solar’s discretion. Once an order has been picked up or fulfilled, all sales are final and our Return Policy applies.

If Mālama Solar is unable to fulfill an order, the customer will receive a full refund.
